New Year’s Resolutions for vegans and the veg-curious

newyears-103.jpg

The New Year is upon us, and nearly everyone is glad to see 2020 go (although 2021 will be much of the same until vaccines roll out in the fall, but let’s not think about that right this moment).

I wanted to re-share some New Years resolutions videos I made a few years ago, because the content is still very relevant, so I thought some of you would find it useful. I have two vids: one for the veg-curious, and another for seasoned vegans. Enjoy!

Vegan New Year's Resolutions: How to Start

This video is for those of you who want to move away from animal products in the New Years, and start living a more cruelty-free life. I have some suggestions on how to take your first baby steps. One of those suggestions is to try Meat-free Mondays. If you’re interested in that, I am leading a Meat-free Monday challenge this January. Check it out!

12 New Year's Resolutions for Vegans

This video is for those of you who are more seasoned vegans.

Not featured in this video is my own 2020 resolution: to look more into where the mica in my makeup comes from. Mica is a mineral in many makeup products, and there are human right and child labour abuses in mining it. Learn more on my ethical mica post.

I hope this helps a few of you set fun and important new intentions for the year. I would love to hear about the resolutions you’re pursuing. Jump over to Instagram (@ThisIsKassia) to tell me all about them!

Thanks for reading (and watching)!

Happy New Year!
